- Match the clients up with products from one of our A rated carriers.
- Fill out the necessary paperwork.
- Get paid by the carrier (On average $500/ Family).
- Stay up to date with new products and meet state licensing requirements.
- 1+ years of sales experience and proven track-record of sales success.
- Background in insurance or financial products helpful, but not required – we have a very comprehensive training program.
- Must be self-motivated to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
- For sales managerial positions, the ability to build and manage internal sales teams or the desire to be mentored to learn these skills.
